Writing in the university involves doing research to develop research papers, projects, journal articles, term papers, written assignments and even examinations. The Department of Communication Skills and Studies teaches and trains students in writing skills and documentation of written papers. Training in writing involves training the whole process of writing right from choosing a topic to documenting the sources used. Proficiency in writing skill is actually a skill necessary for all professionals.
